I'm used to the 'put you mid pack and have 2 laps to bang your way to the front', thats always been forza but it seems the AI in this game cant drive at all. Unless the track has a long straight early so you can get out in front of them, they end up literally wrecking you mid turn damn near every turn that requires a lot of braking. I even put them on 'new racer' and took the 'agressive' off and its like they rubber band each other so much its stupid to even watch it happen.

Is the game broke or is there a magic setting I've not found? Does everyone have the VIR / porsche pack for the most part? Been reading the forums and the expansion tracks do not show up in public hoppers, only in private games which kinda stinks.... so I guess every race season/league will include VIR for IG races hopefully? hehehe

Also, the new Blizzard Pack for Horizon 3 looks tasty too.... snow and arcade forza sounds like a ton of fun.

Finally might have enough left over to make the plunge to be the official Infinite Garage, IG gamertag club member, if thats what everyone is going with from their EXOR tag. It's grippy and thrashable. A fun car to flog hard on smaller tracks, but can still crank out sub 8 minute Nawesome runs.

I'd like to continue to "fun run" it for a couple of weeks, and maybe run some time trails.

After my vacation in September maybe we can do a short series.
My early thought was that I'd like to do a custom "spec-tuned" car to remove tuning advantages.

And Homestead-Miami Speedway. That has around 50 strings. Including the whole oval in the rain. Even though they don't race ovals in the rain. Cause its dangerous.. but whatevs.

Getting To Know You Ladders

Ideas I have are a reverse ladder racing, with certain limitations. Right now I have an idea of a B to E class ladder with only one car change. This will help with getting familiar with a certain car with multiple generic builds. I'm doing it with my 356A right now, but I haven't finalized the B class build yet. I was also thinking of single track different strings with slightly longer races. I mean 4-5 on full tracks 7-9 on shorter ribbons. VIR comes to mind right off, but we could use two tracks to balance out power and handling focused on the generic build and track knowledge. We can just cycle back through the different strings until somebody wins or quit it.

I'm looking to run through the rest of the Achievements. The last big one is "Drive every Ferrari in a race". So I figured on a open night just run ditto races in every Ferrari. Probably in reverse chrono order. Tracks would be chosen by the car. Older cars get more vintage tracks like Spa or Nurb, and the newer cars would get the newer tracks. Prepare for wide variety of tracks. Possibly all of them.
