Vintage drag racing videos are hard to come by but thanks to youtube some seem to pop up here and there. This particular one is from 1968. It has no sound because it was recorded on 8mm film but the footage, albeit a bit grainy is still super cool. So hit the jump for the video and enjoy.

Film Friday: Racing Legends: Stirling Moss with Patrick Stewart
Few legends shine brighter then Sir Stirling Moss and into today’s Film Friday feature flick we take a look at Racing Legends: Stirling Moss. Patrick Stewart of Star Trek fame, who is also a car enthusiast narrates, interviews, and explores the world of Sterling Moss in this hour long documentary. I think you guys will really enjoy this one because there is tons of vintage footage, as well as modern footage. The sights, the sounds, it’s all there.

Film Friday: Cuda’s Fiction
It’s Friday so it’s time to kick back and relax and watch a car related flick. Today we have one of two car films for you to check out. First up is Cuda’s Fiction. A bit of a home made short film (only a couple minutes long) about a girl and a Plymouth Cuda. There is pretty much nothing not to like here.
