Nitrous Powered Plymouth Fury
If big engines, big carbs, and gobs of horse power just aren’t your thing then maybe you are into green cars. I like green cars too, particularly Sublime on a sweet classic Mopar. The squeeze has been the weapon of choice for countless racers over the years including one special Plymouth Fury. Adorned in Sublime this Fury has lots of custom touches including some trick interior features, a well decorated engine bay, and oh yeah that little bottle in the back. I’m not sure how green cars save the environment but we should investigate this sublime green Plymouth Fury to see.
For the most part the Plymouth Fury did not really live up to it’s name. The performance thing was left up to the other muscle cars in the Mopar stable but that did not stop one owner from going all out on his Fury and making it everything it could have been in the muscle car era and more. So hit the jump and check out some more on this awesomely restomodded Mopar.

Ford Mustang Wallpaper
For wallpaper Wednesday we have a sweet shot of the front grill of a classic Ford Mustang. I know what big Mustang fans we have here so it’s probably about time to throw you guys a bone.
I spotted this Mustang at a cruise in, the lighting was right, and the car was looking good so I snapped this close up of the grill. The grill is iconic as is the running horse on the front. I really think this is one of my better shots and I hope you enjoy the wallpapers of it. Hit the jump for a couple different sizes.

Blue Thunder: A very custom S197 Mustang
I like the S197 Mustang, it’s a nice looking car generally, drives well, and is pretty reasonably priced. The problem is they are every where. I guess that’s not a bad thing, but more of a testament to how good they are. However as I was telling the owner of the local parts store today I generally do not look twice at them at shows because they are every where. There had to be 30 of them at the Loafer’s show this weekend, again not a bad thing, it’s just at some point I become desensitized to them. I’m probably exaggerating a bit, there were probably only 15 or so at the show. Enough to warrant their own class. Still after a while I get a bit numb to them…. except when I come across one with Lambo doors, and whole heap of custom touches.
This is a definition of a love hate car. Some of our readers are going to love this one, and some are going to hate it vehemently. For me this is kind of what you have to do if you want to make your new Mustang stand out at a car show. Well this or strip it out, put some huge slicks on the rear, and maybe a couple turbos under the hood, but since I’ve yet to stumble across that S197 Mustang this one got my attention this time.
