When burnouts go bad
We have all learned by now that money can’t buy brains or driving skill as countless drivers have proven time and time again on the youtubes. Today’s prime example a fella in a Shelby Cobra replica, thankfully not the real deal. If someone’s statement begins with “watch this” you know it’s going to end really poorly.
This video is just another example of people who shouldn’t be doing burn outs doing burn outs. So hit the jump and cringe.

Shelby to make Widebody kits for the Mustang
Shelby’s widebody kit on the Super Snake was hugely popular. So much so that they have decided to offer widebody kits for 2005-2009 Mustangs, as well as the Shelby models of the same year. The kits look pretty bad ass with the rear quarters being six inches wide allowing for huge 13 inch tires. The front quarters are flaired as well allow up to a 10 inch wheel and tire combo.
The kit’s installation is pretty involved requiring some body work and paint work. Even though the kit comes with all the specialty tools, brackets, and odds and ends you’ll need to install it extensive knowledge of body work is needed to make it look right so a pro installer is recommended. It aint cheap! The rear flairs only are $3,399, but to get the front and rears you’ll need to drop $5,999 plus of course the install. Not to mention you’ll need new wider wheels and tires to fill those extra wide wells. Still, for six grand you will have one mean Mustang.

The little old lady from Pasadena is a live and well.
While the elderly are generally thought to drive to slow and hold us up, one older lady breaks all the stereo types. She says she is “sixty some years old” and her weapon of choice is a C63 AMG Mercedes. She says she’s been drag racing since her teens so she should have plenty of experience to help get the AMG down the track.
