The SLS AMG GT around the Ring with DC in the drivers seat


The Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT takes the already spectacular SLS stiffens the suspension, adds 20hp, and tunes it a bit all to make a more hard edged racers. In fact the slight reworks drops a full five seconds off the SLS AMGs ring lap time. Who better to show us the new SLS AMG GT then everyones favorite retired F1 driver David Coulthard. He gives us a walk around, talks us through the changes in the car and takes it out on the Ring for some fun.

Driven: Corvette Z06


The Z06 Vette is kind of a big deal. When it launched in 2005 it was a world beater. It was impossible to find anything short of half million dollar super cars that could perform like it. At that time the Z06 would run you around $62,000 which is an absolute steal for this much performance. Even today some seven years later the Z06’s performance can only be matched a handful of cars and only one under $100,000. So what’s it like to drive?

Audi unveils the new S3


In Europe hot hatches are hugely popular and while some of them fly here in the US largely it’s an underwhelming segment because we just do not get the good examples of the breed. Audi is facing stiff competition in Europe in this segment from the BMW 135i and Mercedes A class AMG so with the new S3 it has had to step it up a bit.

TRD appearance parts for your Scion FRS and maybe Subaru BRZ

TRD has always made all kinds of dress up parts for for Toyota’s products. This has been especially true over seas but usually we see some of that here in the states. WHDOW- The pro tourers and pro streeters part one


The hottest trend in muscle cars today is Pro Touring. The idea of Pro Touring is you build your muscle car with modern suspension goodies that make it handle well on the race track or auto X. Then you drive it home. Pro Street, is similar but the cars are more set up for the drag strip, then you drive it home. Both trends tend to make the cars sleeker, cleaner, and more aggressive looking and usually use more modern parts. Traditionalist hate it but the trend is exploding and with good reason. Old school looks with modern performance is a win win.
