Corvette Stingray – Cinema Saturday

1965 Corvette StingrayWe might have been slacking a little bit yesterday and misplaced our Film Friday post.  We’re making up for it today with a video of what just might be the most bad ass Corvette Stingray in the country.  Hit the jump for a video of this gorgeous Corvette Stingray.

Chevy Nomad Wallpaper

Well it’s wallpaper Wednesday and for this week we have a nice rear. Rear of a sweet Chevy Nomad that is.

Chevy Nomad wallpaper 800

I’m keeping this post stupidly simple. You guys are here for the wallpaper, not my ramblings. Some additional sizes after the jump.

Lamborghini Veneno Roadster

The Lamborghini Veneno is absolutely bonkers. It belongs in a padded room with a straight jacket on. It may very well be the most radical styling of any car ever produced and because of that it is 100% pure Lamborghini. Lamborghini was always known for being a littel bit nuts and with the Veneno it seems the inmates are now running the asylum over in Saint’Agata. Now taking the insanity to a new level is the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster.

On any car when you drop the top the fun level goes up. There is just something about open air cruising that makes it more enjoyable. Maybe it’s the extra sound of the engine or the wind in your air it’s just more fun. The Veneno Roadster takes that whole “wind in your hair” thing to the extreme. So I thought today we’d take a closer look at the new Veneno Roadster with a bunch of pictures and a bit of information over load.

Barry Apple Festival: Muscle Cars

Muscle cars and hot rods are kind of the meat and potatoes of the Infinite Garage diet. Whether it is the often over the top styling, bright colors, or the rumble of a great big American V8 it’s hard not to love them. I love the craftsmanship of a well built hot rod, but in this day and age there is a good deal of craftsmanship that goes into restoring or modifying a hot rod. Of course a well kept original is pretty great too. So I thought today we would look at some muscle cars.

73-road-runner

I’ve got a little something for everyone tonight but as you can see i thought we’d start off with a late model run Road Runner. The Road Runner is one of my all time favorite cars, if not my favorite. It was hard to get a great shot of this one which looks pretty original and could use just a little light restoration. However it looks quite cool the way it is.

Barry Apple Festival Car Show

It’s back to live action here on IG after I took the best part of this last week off to nurse a bum hand. It’s hard to type with a sliced up hand. However with my bandage slightly smaller in size now I can use four fingers to type on my left hand so it’s time to get back to what we do best which is bringing you photos of awesome old rides. This episode finds us back at the Barry Apple Festival Car Show on what was a cold and rainy autumn day in western Illinois. That didn’t dampen the spirits of the show goers and the quality of cars were pretty excellent.

1970-Dodge-Challenger-convertible

Take this Hemi Challenger convertible above. It’s good enough to win any show in the country. Absolute top notch quality workmanship on this restoration and as you can see it’s a bit of a resto mod. I’ll do a full on feature on this over the winter but in the mean time just enjoy the awesomeness that is a 1970 Hemi Dodge Challenger Convertible.
