Nascar Sprint Cup Series Daytona 500 results

The big race has come and gone and while the #3 car may have started off the race on top it was an Earnhardt that would finish there. When asked how it felt Earnhardt said “man this feels incredible.” Standing on top of the work if but for only one week Dale Earnhardt Jr. ride the number 88 car to victory at Daytona for the first time in 10 years.

It’s a big deal that the number three car is racing again for the first time since Dale Earnhardt Sr. passed at Daytona. The strong qualifying performance made many wonder if the 3 car would once again claim victory at the big race.
