It is very easy to see how race cars have changed over time, but helmets are often over looked. They too have gone through huge changes from leather all the way to today’s modern composite built helmets. Not to mention that at least in F1 helmets are styled aerodynamically to be a part of the car just like the other aero features. That is pretty cool.
